Edward Williams practices in all areas of housing law, including defending possession proceedings, homelessness matters and disrepair. Edward has particular experience in acting for clients with mental health needs or who lack capacity under the Mental Capacity Act. Edward is calm and understanding and is passionate about helping clients resolve their housing issues so they can feel secure in their home.
Before joining GT Stewart, Edward trained and practiced as a solicitor at private practices in the City, volunteered at a Citizens Advice Bureau, and volunteered for a human rights NGO in Cambodia.

Masters Degree in International Human Rights Law (Distinction with Dean’s Commendation)
GDL and LPC at the College of Law
Undergraduate Degree in International Relations
