Biography

Elisa is a community care paralegal at GT Stewart Solicitors & Advocates.

Elisa assists on cases relating to challenges of public body decisions including challenges to the level and type of social care support for vulnerable clients. Elisa’s work also covers assisting in the representation of individuals in the Court of Protection in disputes regarding mental capacity, ‘best interests’ and challenges to DOLS standard authorisations.

Before joining GT Stewart Solicitors & Advocates in November 2017, Elisa worked in the technology industry and dedicated her free time to volunteer work at Camden Community Law Centre and Citizens Advice  Bureau.

Elisa speaks French, Italian, Spanish and Sardinian and enjoys Irish dancing and climbing in her spare time.

Undergraduate degree in French and Italian (University of Exeter)

Graduate Diploma of Law (BPP)

LLM (Solicitors Legal Practice) (BPP) Graduating in August 2019
